Honestly, i wasn't planning on doing food diy any time soon but this pizza turned out so amazing, i just had to share!
First of all, yes i'm Vegan. It has been three weeks now and honestly i really like this life style. You get to eat so much and the food tastes amazing. Though, for me it wasn't that hard to go vegan cause i have been vegetarian since i was 6. Never liked meat. And right now i feel the need to share this with other vegan beginners who are searching for delicious vegan recipes that are low in sodium and fat.
So here's the RECIPE:
- one store bought pizza dough
- 3/4 cup of frozen broccoli
- 1/2 of onion
- 1/2 of red onion
- 1/2 of large tomato
- 1/4 zuckinni
- tomato sauce
Tomato sauce:
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp. of olive oil
- 2 tbsp. of oregano
- 1 tbsp. of cayenne pepper
The only thing that has been cooked was tomato sauce, to reduce liquid and make it thicker. Previously i placed tomatoes and onion in blender until smooth.
Once i've prepared the sauce, and my oven was preheated on 250°C i've assembled all those ingredients, and placed it in the oven for 5-10 min (until the crust is golden). And that's pretty much it. Easy, right?
One tip, if you like balsamic vinegar like i do, put some!
